Our History

The Eastern Mediterranean Region is a current, active region of the IBS and was founded in 2001. Currently, most EMR members are from Greece, Israel, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. Saudi Arabia was added during 2003-2004. IBS members from adjacent countries are invited to join as well.
