Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your IBC or Short Course registration, a written refund request (by email) must be received by IBS by no later than 23:59 EST on 31 May 2020. Refunds will be issued less a 30% processing fee. After 31 May, requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The refund deadline refunds may also be extended due to acts of nature and national emergencies. In the event of a ‘no-show’ cancellation, no refund will be issued. Due to financial obligations incurred by the IBS, cancellations received after 31 May 2020, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds *may* be extended for acts of nature and national emergencies. In the event of a “no-show” cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

The IBS reserves the right to cancel any short course and return all fees for that short course in the event of insufficient number of registrations. Additionally, the IBS reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The IBS will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrations, including, but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. ALL refunds will be processed after the conference.
