Re:         Time and Dates of Meetings at 26^th IBC

Attached for your information is the schedule of meetings to be held in conjunction with the 26^thInternational Biometric Conference inKobe,Japan.  The Japanese Region has done an outstanding job organizing the conference and the facilities are terrific.  You will be very pleased with the venue and the activities planned for the IBC.

Please note:  The current Ordinary Council and the new Representative Council will meet together and there will be two meetings scheduled during the conference.  The first meeting will be Sunday afternoon, 26 August.  The second meeting will be Thursday morning 30 August.  Please make sure you schedule your flights to enable attendance at both meetings. The early bird registration is 30 April, so make sure you register by that date for significant savings.

Committee Chairs and Editors are asked to notify their members of meeting times and places.  I will also post the final schedule of meetings on the website for future reference.
